Muscle and Joint Pain
We treat all types of muscle and joint pain. This includes neck and back problems such as sciatica, disc herniation, numbness and tingling, and sprains/strains. This also includes extremities (shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, ankle, foot and even TMJ or jaw pain.)
Headaches & Migraines
Chiropractic is almost always immensely helpful for headaches & migraines. But sometimes the headache is not a muscle or joint problem. In these cases, we will explore other common causes, such as diet, immune, or neurological.
Pregnancy
Chiropractic has been shown by research to reduce labor and delivery time and increase the comfort of the mother during pregnancy. Dr Ray is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA) in the Webster Protocol—a research backed, safe and effective protocol for pregnancy care.
Pediatrics
A member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), Dr. Ray is specially trained in the chiropractic care of children of all ages—including infants. Dr. Ray also has special training in the Melillo Method, an extensive program which provides a means of recognizing developmental delays in children—delays that may contribute to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD and others.
Sports Injuries
Having competed at a high level in multiple sports, including collegiate tennis, Dr. Ray knows what it’s like to train hard, abuse your body, and deal with nagging (and catastrophic!) injuries.
Auto Accidents
Car accidents can lead to serious ligament injuries such as whiplash, headaches, shoulder and low back pain. Often the long term effects of car accident injuries can hide for many years, only to emerge later as much more serious problems that are significantly more difficult to treat. If you’ve been in an auto accident, get yourself checked out as soon as possible.
